Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near subway. Breakfast had good variety. Onsen was enjoyable. Supermarket nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was close to both JR stations and the Shinbanba station. there was a supermarket nearby, providing convenience for any necessities. The hotel's proximity to the railway line to Haneda airport was also a major plus point. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Located in a lovely residential area, Super Hotel Shinagawa Shinbanba offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city. It is conveniently close to Shinagawa station, allowing easy access to all the main Tokyo areas. The rooms are comfortable and come with complimentary toiletries. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious with a good selection.

Some trains do not stop at the nearby Shinbanba station, but it's just a short walk to the well-connected Shinagawa station.

The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was a bit far from the main train station and the area lacked interesting attractions. Transferring from the local train station to Shinagawa was also inconvenient and not covered by the JR Pass.
