Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near subway. Breakfast had good variety. Onsen was enjoyable. Supermarket nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was close to both JR stations and the Shinbanba station. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, providing convenience for any necessities. The hotel's proximity to the railway line to Haneda airport was also a major plus point. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Located in a lovely residential area, Super Hotel Shinagawa Shinbanba offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city. It is conveniently close to Shinagawa station, allowing easy access to all the main Tokyo areas. The rooms are comfortable and come with complimentary toiletries. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious with a good selection.

Some trains do not stop at the nearby Shinbanba station, but it's just a short walk to the well-connected Shinagawa station.

The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and powerful showers. the staff were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. the breakfast selection was great and the hot bath provided a relaxing experience. the hotel's keyless entry method was convenient, and there was a drinks vending machine in the lobby.

The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was a bit far from the main train station and the area lacked interesting attractions. Transferring from the local train station to Shinagawa was also inconvenient and not covered by the JR Pass.

The staff were also friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
